JCCU Engages in the "Pink Ribbon Campaign" by Selling Co-op Cosmetics

JCCU supports the efforts of the certified NPO J.POSH (Japan Pink Ribbon of Smile and Happiness) and is conducting a "Pink Ribbon Campaign" for all Co-op cosmetics sales from September 1 to October 20, 2024.

The "Pink Ribbon Campaign" is an initiative aimed at educating and promoting correct and accurate knowledge about breast cancer to as many people as possible, with the goal of protecting as many individuals as possible from the sorrow caused by breast cancer.

In this campaign, for every Co-op cosmetic product purchased by a Co-op member, JCCU will donate one yen to the certified NPO J.POSH. The donation will be used to support activities that promote and encourage early detection and screening for breast cancer.

JCCU launched the "Pink Ribbon Campaign" for cosmetics in FY2017 and raised 1,091,679 yen in donations in FY2023. Additionally, JCCU conducts a year-round "Pink Ribbon Campaign" for all bras in the catalog sales "Daily Living and Consumer Co-op," collecting 436,282 yen in FY2023.

JCCU will continue to engage in awareness activities against breast cancer through the "Pink Ribbon Campaign" in collaboration with its member Co-ops and their members nationwide.
